Sheet Stock

Within the Unisub brand there are four types of white sheet stock, FRP, phenolic, hardboard and aluminum.

FRP refers to fiberglass reinforced plastic substrate that is 3/32" thick.  It is available in matte or gloss finish and can be coated on one or two sides.

Unisub phenolic is manufactured from .050 phenolic that has been coated with Unisubs polyester coat.  The result is a high quality blank that is the thinnest rigid substrate available for sublimation.  It comes matte or gloss finish and is coated on one side.

Hardboard is another name for masonite.  This material is 1/8" thick and available in a Unisub gloss or matte finish coated on one side.  This product can be cut out on a laser.

Unisub aluminum is available in .030 or .045 thickness.  Sheets are 12" x 24", gloss on one side. Features the hardest coating in the industry which makes it very scratch and UV resistant (for indoor use only).  Unisub's coating is also dry erasable, and is virtually vandal proof.

Dynasub is available in gloss white, satin gold and satin silver.  All are in 12" x 24" sheets in a .020 thickness.  Quality budget aluminum.

Johnson Plastic Supermetals are available in brushed gold, brushed silver, bright gold, bright silver and brushed copper.  All are in 12" x 24" sheets and are .020 thick.  Excellent image quality.  Very popular for use as plaque or trophy plates.
